Google promoting its own cheats in search result

An idea of the power behind Web search is given by study published by Harvard analyst named Ben Edelman. This study reveals how Google ranks the results to show their services before The competition in the relevant field. Actually, many of us as we assumed that activity is of questionable ethics and in this post I  will explain why this issue is more troubling than it appears at first sight.

The truth is that the methods used by this analyst are simple, an example used is very illustrative of the case: type “acne” as your search term in the search box and see a Google Health service first. Then make a new test and enter “acne,” (notice the coma at the end) and the results are different, even Google’s service does not even appear when the list should be the same.

The reason is clear, Google aims to increase traffic to their services for them to be more popular and thus more profits obtained.This thing is increasing day by day as major giants from different sectors joining google for publicity and the this not only with the word acne you can try any of Photography services, product information, information about places … everything can be prioritized by Google hurting companies that want to gain a foothold.

To get an idea: the first result on Google search page will get 34% of the clicks of users, while the second will get 17% of the clicks … the issue is serious. It is serious because Google currently has a quasi searches for Bing and others. it is clear that users have reason to worry and to keep your eyes open at such clear abuse of dominant position.
