A handy way to add graphics for our PowerPoint presentations, quickly and without any complications is this plugin called oomfo. Is a free software that can be used as an accessory in the same Office program.
It is lightweight, weighing only 10 mb and does not affect the loading time of the interface. And it can be a good way to finally adding stylized and neat graphics to your presentation make your presentation rocking.
Works with Office 2003, 2007 and 2010. It can be Opened from the Insert menu, you can see how to do it by clicking the plugin version in Office once you have installed it

This program is ideal for adding dynamic graphic to a presentation graphics without too many complications. But like any system needs to get used to it to make the best of it.
oomfo has Export capabilities that allow you to convert all oomfo objects to standard SWF objects that can be viewed by everyone. Before sending a presentation to your friend, click the “Export Charts” button in the oomfo menu/ribbon. This will generate another folder containing all the chart SWF files in the same location as your PPT file. Send both the PPT and the folder to your friend, and he will see the charts exactly the way you made them.
