In Windows 7 when the boot process loads the graphical user interface GUI (Graphical User Interface). Which shows the animation of Windows 7, where four out of light that together make up the Windows logo.
We can remove that to speed up the boot, for this click on Start or press the Windows key on your keyboard, in the search box write msconfig and press enter.
We see the system configuration window, click on the tab Start Select the line that corresponds to our starting Windows 7, Default is:
Windows 7 (C: Windows): current operating system, OS default
After selecting the boot in Boot Options mark No GUI Boot and save the changes to the submit button.
The next time you boot your computer and the animation will not have Windows 7 and thus faster startup. That’s It!

I don’t think that actually speeds up windows. It just stops the logo from appearing.
