A New Start is a beautiful theme with bright colors created from Italian Alessandro Roncone (Alecia) that really fascinated me , is certainly one of the themes with the most beautiful I have ever seen .
The color combination is out of world and those shades of blue and green background that is present on the bar of the windows fits perfectly , making this theme simply delicious and pleasing to the eyes.
